Products & Pricing
We display colours, features and details as accurately as possible, but do not guarantee absolute accuracy or that items will remain in stock. We may discontinue products at any time. Prices subject to change without notice.

We accept various payment methods via secure gateway partners. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update email, payment method and expiry. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, revenue, data or other damages arising from use of the site – even if advised of possibility.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

1-Year Warranty – Gold Plating
All Thalir products marked with 1 Year Warranty are covered for 12 months from delivery for gold plating finish. If the plating fades, dulls, or discolors under normal wear, we will replating at no cost. Warranty is mentioned on each product that carries it.
How to claim:
- Request via mail: Email thalirputhagam@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, and photos of the issue.
- We confirm: Our team checks purchase date, product eligibility, and photos within 24-48 hours and confirms if warranty applies.
- You send the product: Pack securely and send via insured India Post to our Tiruppur address (we share address on confirmation). You pay outward shipping; we pay return.
- Verify & process: We verify the piece, replating with micro-plated 24k gold, quality-check, and ship back. Process typically 7-10 days after receipt.
Note: Warranty covers plating only, not physical damage, stone loss, or misuse. Mentioned in product at Terms & Conditions. For any doubt, contact us.
