Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excl. weekends/public holidays) after your order confirmation email. Youll get a notification when it ships.
If we experience high volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days – allow additional transit days. If a significant delay is foreseen, we contact you via email/phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery.

Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes or remote locations we monitor every consignment and intervene if stalled.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Youll receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS with tracking number(s). Tracking becomes active within 24 hours use it on the courier partners site, or via our Track Your Order page (order ID or consignment no.).

Damages & Lost Packages
Damaged Contact us immediately at thalirputhagam@gmail.com. Please save all packaging and damaged goods, and share photographic evidence to expedite your claim.
Lost in transit We work with the courier partner to locate it. If unrecoverable, we arrange a replacement or full refund your choice.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We move fast to pack and ship the correction window is small. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and well do our best to intercept before dispatch.
