1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days across India depending on the delivery pin code.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or remote locations.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number on the courier partner’s website to track the status of your package.
4. Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at thalirputhagam@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and provide photographic evidence to expedite the process.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to locate it. If it cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
